Tom Ladson currently serves as the Director of PV Engineering at Blue Ridge Power since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Sr. Owner Engineer at Pine Gate Renewables and Sr. Project Manager at EDF Renewables North America, where notable achievements include overseeing the construction of a 28 MW solar project on a SuperFund site, the largest of its kind in the U.S. Tom's engineering expertise was further honed as a Sr. Electrical Engineer at kW Mission Critical Engineering, focusing on data center retrofits, and extensive experience was gained at TiePoint-bkm Engineering in designing data centers for Fortune 200 companies. Earlier career milestones include MEP Manager at Holder Construction Company and Co-Director of MEP Engineering at RTKL Associates, where responsibilities included managing engineering projects and team development. Tom holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Finance from UNC Charlotte's Belk College of Business.
