Matt Allagas has extensive experience in both transportation and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Truck Driver and Account Manager at Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc. since April 2014, Matt manages 91 on-premise accounts and ensures clients remain informed about market trends while assisting with inventory management. Prior to this role, Matt spent over 18 years at Aspect Software as a Senior Customer Operations Field Service Engineer, where responsibilities included installing, upgrading, and maintaining various call center technologies and systems. Matt also possesses expertise in VoIP, T1/PRI, and has a strong background in troubleshooting and system setup. Matt earned an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Technical Training Center in San Jose, CA.
