Chiachi Kuo has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a working bee at Blue Ribbon Restaurants since November 2010. Prior to this role, Chiachi was the General Manager at Wynn Las Vegas from February 2005 to November 2010. Previous positions include Restaurant Manager at SHIBUYA MGM GRAND Las Vegas from 2004 to 2005, Restaurant General Manager at MGM Grand from 2001 to 2004, and Outlet Manager at The Residence in Grand Hyatt Taipei from 1999 to 2001. Chiachi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas between 1996 and 1998.
