Nikki Hoffman is a professional with a strong background in human resources and staffing, currently serving as a TA Partner at Blue Rhino since June 2022. Previously, Nikki worked as a Staffing Specialist at Equiliem from April 2021 to June 2022, and as a Human Resources Assistant at New Life Group from January to April 2021, where responsibilities included maintaining HR records and managing recruiting operations. Prior to that, Nikki gained experience as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, where duties involved handling prescription claims and serving as a liaison for patients and insurance companies. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University, with additional coursework at Brookdale Community College and the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
