Joy Peter Udomah is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in front office operations, revenue management, and customer service. Currently serving as a Front Office Executive at Blue Orchid Hospitality since June 2023, Joy previously held roles including Assistant Reservations Manager and Assistant Revenue Manager at Lagos Continental Hotel. With additional experience at Protea Hotels by Marriott® as a Reservations and Revenue Manager, along with roles in corporate reception and customer service, Joy possesses expertise in managing inventory controls, analyzing booking impacts on occupancy, and enhancing guest experiences. Joy is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in International Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management from the University of Hertfordshire, building upon a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Houdegbe North American University Benin.
