Raphael Sousa started their work experience in 2016 as an I.T Intern at Mastermaq Software. In 2018, they worked as a Programmer Intern at Fideleasy Brasil Marketing e Administração de Programas. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Full-stack Developer at 4mti, where they led the development of big data projects for Ministério Público de Minas Gerais. In 2020, they worked as a Front-end Engineer at Queima Diária, building various types of apps using React and React Native. Later in 2020, they joined Kobe - Creative Software House as a Software Engineer, where they built web and server apps and mentored junior programmers. In 2021, they worked as a Software Engineer at Questrade Financial Group, using Sitefinity CMS framework. In 2022, they became a Senior Software Engineer at the same company. In 2022, they joined FullStack Labs as a Software Engineer, working on e-commerce projects using Magento and Shopify. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Blue Orange Digital, starting in 2023.

Raphael Sousa attended Universidade FUMEC - Oficial from 2015 to 2018, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
