Merylese Mercieca is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health and sustainable construction. As the Business Manager and Occupational Health Nurse at Blue Eco Homes since September 2003, Merylese has played a key role in promoting environmentally sustainable building practices in the Blue Mountains area. Merylese serves on the boards of Business Blue Mountains and DARE Disability Support, and previously held a position on the icare NSW Dust Diseases Board. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Clinical Nurse Consultant at the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District from 2001 to 2010. Merylese holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Health Science (Primary Health Care) and a Graduate Diploma in Respiratory Science from Western Sydney University, and has specialized training in Carbon Management and Child and Family Health.
