Conrad Skelton has a wealth of experience in the food industry. Conrad began their career in 2004 as a Sous Chef at Foundry Park Inn & Spa. In 2006, they moved to FATZ as a Senior Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing all operations of the store. In 2008, they became the Director of Franchisee Training for Locos franchise company, creating a training handbook for new franchise buyers and controlling standards for financials. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Earth Fare - the healthy supermarket, taking on roles such as Director of Perishable Operations, Director of Prepared Foods Operations, Special Project Manager, New Store Opening Manager, and Assistant Store Manager. In 2017, they joined KeHE Distributors as the Culinary Director, responsible for procurement of cutting edge culinary/food service items nationwide. Conrad currently holds the roles of CEO and Sr. Vice President of Strategy and Marketing at Blue Moose, which they joined in 2018.
Conrad Skelton attended Winder Barrow High School from 1996 to 2000. Conrad then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from The University of Georgia between 2000 and 2004. Following this, they obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Gwinnett Technical College between 2004 and 2006. Conrad also holds a ServSafe certification.
