Tina Guzman has had a varied work history, beginning in 2004 when they worked as a Tier 2 Support for Osperity. In 2011, they began working at Blue Layer as a Level 2 Support. In 2015, they began working at Eastern New Mexico University as a Supplemental Instructor Leader, Undergraduate Research Assistant, and mentor for the TSI department. In 2017, they returned to Blue Layer as a Project Manager and Team Lead. As Project Manager, Tina coordinates technical onboarding for incoming clients and serves as Blue Layer's HIPAA Compliance Officer. Tina also helps guide clients through the HIPAA compliance track. As an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Eastern New Mexico University, they wrote programs in Python to assign values to Median Home Prices and Median Wages, identify high risk PSY courses, and create prospective course schedules for students majoring in degree programs in the Department of Mathematical Sciences. Tina also wrote a computer program in Python to model time resource allocation in nesting animals.

Tina Guzman completed a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Eastern New Mexico University between 2013 and 2017. Tina also obtained an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Eastern New Mexico University between 2013 and 2015. In addition, they obtained a Level III CRLA Certification from the College Reading & Learning Association in August 2015.
