Ebony Norflis, PMP, LSSBB, brings extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Owner/Operator of Blue Kangaroo Packoutz since October 2022, Ebony previously held the position of Operational Excellence Manager at Delta Material Services from 2019 to 2023. As the Founder and Senior Consultant of Interaction Consulting Group LLC from 2012 to 2019, Ebony developed strategies to enhance organizational performance. Prior roles include Adjunct Instructor at Sinclair Community College, Supplier Quality Engineer, Industrial Engineer, and Production Control and Logistics Engineer at Delphi. Ebony holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
