Nazmije Ramadani has extensive experience in various roles within the customer service and management sectors. Currently serving as Applikations- & Support-Spezialistin at blue Entertainment AG since March 2019, Nazmije previously held the position of Projektleiterin at Webhelp Switzerland from May 2015 to February 2019 and Teamleiterin at Walter Services Swiss from September 2012 to April 2015, where responsibilities included coaching, employee management, and organization using Excel. Nazmije began the career as a Coach and Call Center Agentin at Walter Services and also served as a Dentalassistentin at Dr. Hamann from August 2006 to March 2010. Educational qualifications include a Leadership degree from Migros Klubschule, a Höheres Wirtschaftsdiplom from Juventus Schulen Zürich, a Handelsdiplom from BBZ Horgen, and training as a Dentalassistentin from Modeco Zürich.
