Sheridan Ribbing is an associate at Blue Dot Capital. Prior to joining Blue Dot, Sheridan was a sustainability intern at NuStar Energy L.P., where they executed regulatory policy tracking and monthly grant searches, created the first quarterly newsletter for the Regulatory Affairs department, conducted data analysis for multiple ESG and business development topics, developed summaries, presentations, articles, and reports for multiple departments, and managed internal and external communication for legal documents, proposals, and permits. Sheridan is familiar with scopes 1-3 in ESG reporting and creating tables for carbon accounting.
Prior to their work at NuStar Energy, Sheridan was a teaching assistant at Will Smith Zoo School from January 2021 to April 2021. Sheridan has also been a graduate student at The Johns Hopkins University from September 2019 to May 2021.
Sheridan's professional experience began in 2009 when they became a lead bartender at Romano's Macaroni Grill, where they worked until 2016.
Sheridan Ribbing has a Master of Science from The Johns Hopkins University in Energy Policy and Climate, a Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio in Environmental Science, and an Associate's degree from University of Maryland Global Campus in General Studies. Sheridan also has a certification in German Language, B1 from University of Maryland University College and a Wilderness First Responder certification from National Outdoor Leadership School.
