Grace van der Ven is an associate at Blue Dot Capital. Prior to joining Blue Dot, they served as a project manager at Roux Associates, where they led teams on environmental projects serving some of the company's largest clients. Grace has also worked as an assistant property manager at Marston Beacon Hill and as a geologist at VWR. In their early career, they served as a customer service representative at Carrier Corporation.
