Luis Bueno Gonzalez currently holds the position of People and Culture Regional Manager for Mexico, Costa Rica, and Jamaica at Blue Diamond Resorts since January 2021, overseeing various All-Inclusive Resorts under the Marriott Autograph Collection. Prior to this role, Luis served as Gerente Regional de Capital Humano at Aimbridge LATAM, managing human resources for a portfolio of brand hotels, and held similar HR management roles at Fibra Inn and LANDUS Grupo Inmobiliario. Luis holds a recent diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management from Tecnol贸gico de Monterrey and a degree in Organizational Communication from Universidad Aut贸noma de Nuevo Le贸n.
