Nick Esler has a solid background in operations and service management, with extensive experience in machinery and generators. Prior to their current role as Operations Manager at Blue Diamond Machinery, Nick held similar positions at Ches Power Group and Genstar Pty Ltd. Nick also has experience as a Service Coordinator at Onetrak Pty Ltd and as a Mechanical Fitter at Boeing Defence Australia. Nick began their career as a Marine Technician/Instructor in the Royal Australian Navy.
