Carlos Brown has extensive experience in the healthcare and financial sectors, serving in leadership roles at various prominent organizations. At Blue Cross of Idaho, Carlos held positions as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Customer Experience. Previously, at Blue Shield of California, Carlos served as Senior Director for Claims Operations and for Planning and Analysis. Carlos also contributed to USAA as Director of Contact Center Operations. Educationally, Carlos holds an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Accounting from Wayne State University.
