Joshua Dobson is an experienced Product Portfolio Manager currently with Blue Cross Life Insurance Company of Canada since August 2023, previously serving in the same role at Medavie Blue Cross from November 2012 to August 2023. With a strong background in product ownership, development, and project management, Joshua has influenced the strategic direction of pharmacy benefit portfolios and health benefits. Earlier career experience includes a Human Resources Internship at UPS, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition. Joshua holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from St. Francis Xavier University, an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from New Brunswick Community College, and coursework in Psychology and Sociology at Mount Allison University.
