Ana Isabel Gabilondo-Scholz is an experienced professional in program evaluation and public policy, currently serving as a Program Evaluator at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since March 2016. Prior roles include Evaluation and Planning Analyst at Ramsey County, Health Equity Data Consultant at Voices for Racial Justice, and Junior Scientist at the Urban Research and Outreach/Engagement Center at the University of Minnesota. Ana Isabel has also worked as a Program Evaluator at the University of Minnesota and as a Communications and Programs Coordinator for MANA A NATIONAL LATINA ÂÜÀòÂÒÂ×ANIZATION. Additional experience includes serving as a Field Organizer for Obama for America in 2008. Ana Isabel holds a Master of Public Policy with a focus on Program Evaluation and International Development from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
