Joe Greenberg is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since August 2021. In this role, Joe oversees the profit and loss of all Commercial Lines of Business, including Enterprise Specialty Businesses and Enterprise Products. Previously, Joe held senior leadership positions at Sidecar Health, Blue Shield of California, and Anthem, Inc., focusing on group channels, individual and family plans, and small group business segments. Joe's career began in management consulting at Accenture and First Consulting Group, with a strong educational background that includes a degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona and an MPA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern California, complemented by executive leadership training from Stanford University.
