Holly Bivens has extensive experience in business analysis and customer service, currently serving as an ICS Business Analyst and UAT Coordinator at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since February 2017. Previously, Holly was a Senior Business Technical Analyst at HM Health Solutions, where responsibilities included client interaction to manage provider reimbursement processes and oversee multiple concurrent projects. Holly's career at Highmark spanned over three decades, during which various roles included Customer Service Trainer, Customer Service Consultant, and Assistant Supervisor within the Claims and Customer Service unit. Holly Bivens studied at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College from 1983 to 1985.
