Stephanie Wynn-Jones, MBA, ITIL, PMP®, CSM®, CGCIO, serves as the Executive Director of TPA Operations, Technology, and PMO at Blue Cross Blue Shield since September 2020, leading a department of over 130 associates and overseeing core TPA operational services. Previously, Stephanie held several key positions at Virginia Premier Health Plan, including Director of the IT Project Management Office, where management of a team of over 10 IT Project Management Associates was critical, and various managerial roles that focused on IT project governance and system support. Stephanie also worked as IT System Administrator at Family Care Home Health Agency, ensuring regulatory compliance. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from ECPI University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, and an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Science from ECPI Technical College.
