Keysha Brooks-Coley currently serves as Vice President at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association since September 2021. Prior to this role, Keysha held multiple positions at the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network from May 2008 to September 2021, including Vice President of Federal Advocacy and Strategic Alliances, Senior Director of Advocacy Strategic Alliances, Director of Federal Relations, and Associate Director of Federal Relations. Keysha's earlier experience includes serving as a Professional Staff Member for the US Senate Health Education Labor Pension Committee under Senator Barbara Mikulski from August 2003 to May 2008, and as a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur from March 2001 to August 2003. The Barton Company also employed Keysha as a Legislative Assistant from June 1998 to August 2001. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Political Management from The George Washington University (1998-2000) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Towson University (1994-1998).
