Tracy Romano is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in statistical modeling and data analysis. Currently employed at Blue Cross NC as a Senior Data Scientist since March 2022, Tracy develops clustering models to segment members using customized metrics. Previous roles include Senior Data Scientist positions at HUMAN and Airlines Reporting Corporation, where Tracy applied diverse statistical algorithms and managed large-scale datasets. Tracy's earlier experience encompasses roles as a Mathematical Statistician for the USDA and a Reports Analyst for FEMA, along with academic roles at Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach State College. Tracy holds a Ph.D. in Complex Systems and Brain Sciences from Florida Atlantic University, alongside a Master’s Degree in Psychology from The New School and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from LIU Post.
