Naomi Irvin has extensive experience in compliance and management within the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Chief of Staff for Government Markets at Blue Cross NC since December 2013. In this role, Naomi ensures alignment and effective communication across the division and enterprise partners, driving key business functions to support organizational goals. Previous positions at Blue Cross NC include Director and Manager of Divisional Compliance, where Naomi designed and implemented compliance programs and managed a team to uphold regulatory standards. Naomi's career also includes experience in sales compliance and customer service roles at Blue Cross NC, as well as positions at Cellular Images Inc. and AT&T, where training and process improvement were key responsibilities. Naomi holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University, supplemented by an Associate of Arts from Durham Technical Community College.
