Charlene Taylor Lippard is an experienced professional with a strong background in claims processing and human resources. Currently serving as a part-time Claims Processor at Blue Cross NC since January 2017, Lippard reviews and completes medical insurance claims and conducts audits on aging claims for the Senior Market. Previously, Lippard held multiple roles at Duke Energy Corporation from 1981 to 2016, including Senior Consultant/Analyst, where leadership was demonstrated during significant mergers and system implementations. Additional responsibilities included change management consulting, communications, and recruitment for various departments. Charlene Taylor Lippard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Management from Limestone College.
