Chantelle Davis-Williams has extensive experience in business analysis and customer service, currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst at Blue Cross NC since April 2005, where responsibilities include triaging system failures, troubleshooting issues, and developing business solutions. Chantelle has held various roles within Blue Cross NC, including Claims Professional and Customer Service Professional, demonstrating skills in problem resolution, process improvement, and interdepartmental collaboration. Additionally, as a business owner of Ultimate By Design since December 2014, Chantelle specializes in web design. Past involvement includes serving as a Deaconess at Empowerment Church and holding the position of Board Comptroller at Feed My Sheep of Durham, NC Inc.
