Tom Fox is an experienced IT Delivery and Project Manager with a strong background in consulting across various sectors. Currently at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since May 2013, Tom manages implementations for Medicare initiatives, including the Medicare Advantage Eligibility Platform. Prior roles include project management for MassHealth's multi-year legacy system conversion, business systems analysis at Putnam Investments, and quality assurance at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Tom has also contributed to project management frameworks and compliance processes at notable organizations, including Fresenius Medical Care and Liberty Mutual.
