Johanna Glenn is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in network contracting and policy analysis. Currently serving as Senior Director of Network Contracting at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since June 2014, Johanna has successfully negotiated contracts for Medicare Advantage and commercial portfolios while collaborating on strategic analytics. Previous roles include Health Insurance Specialist at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and various positions focusing on healthcare research and policy development in both public and private sectors. Johanna holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Society from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
