Jeffrey Shirtcliff has over 18 years of experience in health care program management with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since May 2005, holding various roles including Senior Program Manager and Project Manager for InterPlan Programs. Jeffrey has expertise in health management operations, call center management, and claims processing, along with extensive experience in training and quality monitoring staff. Additionally, Jeffrey served as a Catalyst Fund Member at the Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA Foundation from August 2009 to June 2011, where responsibility included reviewing and recommending funding to enhance access to health care for minorities and underprivileged individuals. Jeffrey holds a degree in Process Improvement with a focus on Lean/Six Sigma from BMGi and studied at American InterContinental University.
