Alex Connor has extensive experience in innovation and design within the healthcare domain, currently serving as an Innovation Consultant at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since January 2018, where previous roles included Senior Innovation Designer and Innovation Designer. Concurrently, Alex is a Group Facilitator at GenUnity, collaborating with local leaders to promote equitable health outcomes. Alex co-owns and co-facilitates the Boston Design Thinking Meetup and has contributed as a Hack Team Member at MIT Hacking Medicine and as a Design Fellow at IDEO CoLab. Educated at Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design and Whittier Tech with a certificate in Graphic Design, Alex combines a strong academic background with hands-on experience in facilitating innovative community-driven solutions.
