Erin Shuford has over 26 years of experience in staffing and human resources, currently serving as a Corporate Staffing Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since June 1997. In this role, Erin screens candidates and assists management in selecting qualified individuals, while also coordinating the pre-employment drug screening process. Previously, as a Personnel Administrator, Erin scheduled tests and interviews for applicants and managed advertising efforts. Prior experience includes serving as an Office Assistant IV for the State of Kansas, where Erin supervised an Office Assistant III and processed payroll for employees. Erin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Baker University, obtained between 2010 and 2013, alongside a High School Diploma from Seaman High School.
