Megan Fullmer is a seasoned professional with a strong background in actuarial and underwriting solutions technology, currently serving as a Senior Actuarial and Underwriting Solutions Technology Analyst at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since June 2013. In this role, Megan collaborates with key stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design technological improvements, effectively translating these requirements for developers and actuaries. Prior to this, Megan held the position of Senior Underwriter, managing a substantial National Account book of business with significant membership and revenue.
