Morgan Rogers, MCHES, currently serves as the Director of Care Partner Management at Florida Blue, having progressed through various management roles within the organization since October 2020. Key responsibilities include educating provider groups on quality measures and optimizing patient care. Previously, Morgan held the position of Wellness Manager at UF Health, overseeing wellness programming for over 40,000 members, focusing on implementation and evaluation of health initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Wellness Coordinator at Florida Blue, where Morgan developed successful wellness programs for employees, including a nationally recognized couch to 5k initiative, and worked as a Tobacco Cessation Facilitator. Morgan holds an Executive Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Science in Health Education and Behavior.
