Dragi Pavlovski is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Recruitment Manager at BlueCloud, a global leader in data, analytics, and AI service delivery, since February 2024. Prior to this role, Dragi held positions as a Talent Consultant at Navis from June 2022 to January 2024 and Research Lead at The Big Search from November 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing talent pipelines and leading sourcing strategies for executive search in various sectors. Earlier experience includes roles such as Assistant Translator/Interpreter for the OSCE and Project Manager at SFERA INTERNATIONAL, overseeing multiple projects and facilitating transnational youth exchanges. Dragi holds a Master's degree in Security in Finance from the College of Security Sciences in Skopje and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Bitola.
