Nicholas Sandlin is a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blue Chip Talent since July 2017, specializing in proactive recruiting and establishing relationships with skilled candidates. Previously, Sandlin served as a Membership Representative at the Construction Association of Michigan, focusing on member retention and prospect engagement from June 2016 to June 2017. Earlier experience includes substitute teaching in the Swartz Creek school district, coaching the Freshman Baseball team, and various roles in customer service and marketing internships. Sandlin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Michigan-Flint and has a strong foundation in community involvement through officiating youth baseball and coordinating hockey promotions.
