Charles Wathen, PMP, currently serves as a Certifications and Compliance Analyst at Blue Bird Corporation since October 2024. Prior to this role, Charles held various positions at 7G Environmental Compliance Management, including National Learning and Development Director and Regional Manager from January 2021 to October 2024. Charles has extensive experience with the United States Air Force, where roles included Quality Assurance Manager, Safety and Compliance Inspector, and Technical Training Instructor, among others, spanning from January 2001 to January 2021. Charles holds multiple degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, including an Associate of Science in Applied Science of Logistics Management, an Associate of Science in Applied Science of Information and Teaching Technology, and a Professional Management Certification.
