Leticia Herschlik is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in organizational culture and administrative management. Currently serving as Human Resources Lead at Blue Alba since May 2021, Leticia previously held the position of HRBP Lead at Dirmod, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and internal communication. Leticia's earlier roles include People Care at Virtualmind, where efforts focused on enhancing workplace culture, and Office Manager, overseeing administrative functions and client relations. Leticia began a career in biology, holding positions at Manlab and conducting research at the Laboratory of Cellular and Molecular Immunology, coupled with a strong educational foundation in Biological Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires, along with further studies in management and coaching.
