Taylor Shelly has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Blue Agave since January 2020. Responsibilities include cost control, labor tracking, inventory management, and quality control. Prior roles include Bar Manager at Lucky Pie Pizza and Tap House, where Taylor managed liquor orders and developed a new cocktail menu, and Bartender at Southerleigh Brewery and Fine Food. Additional experience includes serving as a Server/Management Intern at The Moot House and in various positions at Beau Jo's Colorado Style Pizza, including Supervisor and Bartender. Early career experience involved managing the North Division at Rocky Mountain Bottled Water. Taylor holds a degree in Restaurant Management from Front Range Community College Larimer Campus, completed between 2013 and 2017.
