Taylor Shelly has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Blue Agave since January 2020. Responsibilities include cost control, labor tracking, inventory management, and quality control. Prior roles include Bar Manager at Lucky Pie Pizza and Tap House, where Taylor managed liquor orders and developed a new cocktail menu, and Bartender at Southerleigh Brewery and Fine Food.
