Sweta Bajpai is an experienced professional with a strong background in analysis and process improvement. Currently serving as Assistant Manager L1 at bluCognition since December 2020, Sweta focuses on identifying areas for enhancement within existing processes and leading cross-functional teams. Previously, as a Senior Analyst, Sweta assessed the credit worthiness of businesses based on financial statements. Sweta's career includes roles as a Research Associate at Kingfish Group and Orbis Research, as well as a Research Assistant at the National Centre for Advocacy Studies. Sweta holds a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fergusson College.
