Avisek Datta is an experienced professional in the field of service delivery and technical support, currently serving as a Delivery Manager at BLU COCOON DIGITAL PVT. LTD. since February 2022. Prior to this role, Avisek held various positions at eRevMax from January 2014 to June 2022, including Manager of Service Delivery, Team Lead for Project Configuration, and Associate Manager of Service Delivery, where responsibilities included defect monitoring, SLA maintenance, team synchronization, and overseeing the implementation of managed services.
