Karen Slater is an experienced professional with a strong background in administrative and facilities management. Currently serving as PA to the Group Land Director and two Chairmen at Bloor Homes since August 2009, Karen has also held the role of Office Manager and has extensive experience in HR management, office budgeting, and facilities management. Previously, at Jessops from 1996 to 2009, Karen acted as PA to the CEO and later as Facilities Manager, contributing significantly to the company's growth. With earlier roles as PA/Office Manager at Victorinox Swiss Army and as PA to the CEO at In shops Plc, as well as experience at KPMG Birmingham, Karen has developed a robust skill set in secretarial functions, team management, and operational efficiency. Karen holds a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and has a solid educational foundation from Riland Bedford High School and Tamworth College.
