Tomáš Sucha began their work experience in December 2016 as a customer support representative at Exponea. Tomáš then took on the role of Head of Customer Support from July 2018 to June 2019. After that, they became a Product Manager from July 2019 to January 2020. From January 2020 to February 2021, Tomáš worked as a Platform and Email Specialist at Exponea. As of February 2021, they joined Bloomreach as a Product Specialist and Academy Tutor.
Tomáš Sucha completed their Master's degree in business and administration from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, from 2009 to 2014. In 2013, they also studied business and administration at Halmstad University for a brief period. In September 2020, Tomáš became a Jinja Certified Trainer through their certification from Exponea.
