Sharath Pawan began their work experience in 2017 as an intern at MCaffeine and later worked as a social media intern at Spoyl. In 2017, they also worked as a technical recruiter at Anzy Careers. From 2018 to 2021, Sharath worked as a software engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Currently, they are employed at Bloomreach as a solution engineer and previously held the role of software engineer.

Sharath Pawan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from R L Jalappa Institute of Technology, DODDABALLAPURA from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Navkis Residential College for Boys from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Physics, Maths, Biology, and Chemistry.
