Ján Gerčák currently serves as Knowledge Manager Team Lead at Bloomreach since August 2021. Previously held positions include Business Development Intern at FloatScans, where automation of financial reporting and CRM implementation were key responsibilities. Ján facilitated summer camps at LEAF Academy, focusing on practical education and student mentoring, and co-managed experiential projects to foster empathy. As a Mathematics Tutor at Think Smart Tutoring in the Netherlands and a Data and Corruption Analyst Intern at Transparency International Slovakia, Ján contributed to educational and analytical projects.
