Arun Qamra is a seasoned professional in the field of product development and machine learning, currently serving as Senior Director of Product for Conversational AI for Commerce at Bloomreach since December 2023. Prior to this role, Arun was the Chief Product Officer at Radiance Commerce from 2017 to 2023, a company known for pioneering advancements in Conversational AI for Commerce before its acquisition by Bloomreach. Arun's experience also includes a tenure at Google as a Machine Learning Engineer, focusing on deep learning and machine learning applications in personalized experiences and advertising. Earlier career roles include positions at Teracent as a Research Scientist, specializing in online advertising and machine learning, and various internships enhancing research skills in data mining, document image management, and communication protocols.
