Andrew Bolisay has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andrew is currently working at Bloomreach as a Senior Recruiter, having previously held the position of Recruiter at the same company. Prior to this, Andrew worked as a Technical Recruiter at Bestow Life Insurance, where they were part of a company-wide layoff. Andrew also served as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Aceable, a mobile-first education platform. Andrew's experience in recruitment extends to their role as a Technical Recruiter and Account Manager at Andiamo Partners, where they worked with top technology and financial services firms. Andrew also has experience in operations and HR management as an Operations & HR Manager at MediaScience. Before transitioning into the recruitment field, Andrew worked as a General Manager at Panda Restaurant Group and as a Research Scientist Associate and Course Instructor at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Andrew Bolisay obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 2007 and 2009. Andrew then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Experimental Psychology from the same institution from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Andrew obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) in July 2015.
