Chelsea Brown has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Servant Leader Intern at Children's Defense Fund Freedom Schools®. In 2011, they interned as a Buying Intern at Bloomingdale's before co-owning and serving as the VP Finance of Salon Four Zero from 2009 to 2011. Since 2012, Chelsea has been working at Bloomingdale's in various roles, including Vice President of Customer Loyalty and International Marketing, Buyer, Senior Assistant Buyer, and Assistant Buyer. Their roles at Bloomingdale's have encompassed responsibilities in customer loyalty, international marketing, purchasing, and merchandise management.

Chelsea Brown obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in 2012 from Washington University in St. Louis. Their field of study focused on Marketing and Operations and Supply Chain Management. Chelsea achieved this degree from the Olin Business School at Washington University.
