Anita Watkins is a seasoned human resources and retail executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Trade Area Vice President for Bloomingdale's in Chicago, Anita also manages the North Michigan Avenue store. Previously, Anita held senior HR positions in retail environments, including Director of Human Resources for flagship locations and regional director roles, demonstrating expertise in employee relations, engagement, and HR change management. Before joining Bloomingdale's, Anita worked at Susan Ulin Associates and Sixxfoota Clothing Company, where Anita was the CEO and designer. Early career experiences include key HR positions at Bulgari and Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation. Anita holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Alliance University and has completed additional education in Information Systems Management at New York University, along with studies at The Graduate Center and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
