Samuel Yang is a Senior Software Engineer at Bloomberg since March 2010, specializing in full stack development using Python, C#, SQL, C++, JavaScript, and Java to create collaborative workflow solutions for clients. Previously, Samuel worked as a Software Programmer at Evermore Systems, focusing on Verilog, Visual C++, embedded programming, PCB design, and systems engineering. An internship at Formosa Plastics involved communication with engineering and management for plant maintenance across the US. Earlier experience includes programming tutorials in MATLAB for statistical methods at the Division of Instructional Innovation and Assessment. Samuel holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering with additional studies in Electrical Engineering, Bioinstrumentation, and Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, completed in 2009.
