Manisha Mehrotra is a seasoned professional in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), currently serving as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Bloomberg LP since January 2013. Manisha Mehrotra has developed and executed comprehensive D&I strategies, collaborated with various stakeholders, and led initiatives that promote recruitment, retention, and development of diverse talent within the organization. Previous roles include Director of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion at New York Life Insurance Company, where strategies for workforce diversity were coordinated. Manisha Mehrotra holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications from the University of Connecticut, and a Diversity Management Certificate from Cornell ILR.
